Terms of Use

A parent or legal guardian should read these Terms before allowing a child to use the game. By downloading or using WonderPassport, the adult responsible for the device accepts these Terms for themselves and, where applicable, on behalf of the child using the game.

Using WonderPassport

We grant users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use WonderPassport for personal and non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store rules.

WonderPassport does not require a user account.

Children’s use

WonderPassport is designed for children. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child’s use of the game and the device on which it is installed.

Some actions intended for adults, including purchases and links leading outside the game, may require an adult verification step.

Advertising

The free version of WonderPassport may contain child-appropriate contextual advertisements.

Advertising can be removed using the Remove Ads in-app purchase. Removing advertisements does not remove game content or affect normal progress.

In-app purchases

WonderPassport may offer a non-consumable Remove Ads purchase.

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. We do not directly process payment-card information.

An adult should approve every purchase. Purchase restoration is available through the game where supported by Apple. Refund requests and billing disputes must normally be submitted through Apple under its applicable policies.

Game progress

Some game progress and settings are stored locally on the device. Deleting the app, resetting the device, clearing its data or losing access to the device may cause locally stored progress to be lost.

We do not guarantee that locally stored game progress can be recovered.

Acceptable use

Users must not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the game or its content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the game’s source code, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Bypass security, purchase, advertising or parental-control features.
• Use cheats, automation or modified software that interferes with the game.
• Use the game for unlawful or commercial purposes.
• Interfere with the game or the services used to operate it.

Ownership

WonderPassport and its artwork, characters, designs, software, audio, text, trademarks and other content are owned by or licensed to DOUBLETAP LTD.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the game or its content to the user.

Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of WonderPassport to improve the game, address security or legal requirements, or maintain compatibility with devices and operating systems.

We do not guarantee that the game will always be available or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

Third-party services

WonderPassport uses services supplied by other companies, including Apple, analytics providers and advertising providers. Use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Our handling of information is explained in the WonderPassport Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

WonderPassport is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOUBLETAP LTD will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending use

Users may stop using WonderPassport at any time by deleting the app.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, misuse, security concerns or a serious violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the game, its features or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when revised Terms are published.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections available where the user lives.
